On Dec 18, the BOE announced the revised school schedule for the 2020-2021 school year. The big change is that, in order to finish the referendum work on the school facilities, the first day of school will begin on Sept 14, instead of Sept 2 as originally scheduled.
Since summer camps end in August, it would be great if the town could offer rec camp for the first two weeks of September so that parents with grade school children are not left in a bind without child care options.
