This information is of interest to anyone who is a taxpayer as well as anyone who has a child in or works in the Toms River Regional Schools. If you are unaware, the ESIP is the first of a two-part plan (the second being the referendum) to repair, improve and update the schools so they eventually become a safer, more efficient and comfortable place to learn and work. Strong schools build strong communities allowing taxpayers to educate their children well while maintaining or building value in their homes.
