The State of New Jersey is considering a change in the law to decriminalize and/or legalize marijuana. Because the Borough is unsure if zoning laws would allow only a portion of the law to be implemented, if the Borough could legally do so, please advise on the following (select A, B or C):

A. Change Borough Zoning laws to NOT ALLOW any dispensaries (no medicinal or recreational) |

B. Change Borough Zoning laws to ALLOW dispensaries (medical and/or recreational) |
|
|
C. ALLOW medicinal but NOT recreational dispensaries. |
