Because we live in a small town, we can make this project work. As you can see in the pictures, this bike is operated by a conductor and kids, transport students to school in Rouen, a town in Normandy, France. Rouen has over 100,000 inhabitants and it is the first S’cool bus (as they called it) in France implemented in this district. It is ecological and quick. I consider this a viable project for our town.
