Besides not promoting a feeling of safety, poorly lit streets also can contribute to accidents involving pedestrians.
Help us identify Montclair's dangerously dark streets, walkways and intersections by entering the place that concerns you most, voting on your entry, and rallying votes from neighbors. Your feedback will be presented to the Town Council and PSE&G.
Where in Montclair do you feel unsafe at night? What intersections and walkways are dangerously dark? Have your voice heard.

Lincoln Street and the corner of Franklin Street close to the Glen Ridge border. Street lights were never replaced leaving a void and dangerous patch of darkness that results in numerous accidents each month. [Hide]
Club Rd and Grove St are so dark, almost impossible to cross the street safely after dark. Grove and Bellevue have also had some terrible accidents this year. [Hide]
