Many Montclairians will tell you that the most burdensome part of driving around town is getting through Watchung Plaza. The intersection of four roads, only two of which have stop signs makes crossing through the intersection quite time consuming and confusing. We feel that a traffic light would help to clarify who has the right of way and therefore would make driving through the area easier.
